Irish Karate Jks Squad met up for our first 2014 squad training at Hokubo Dojo. Fantastic and encouraging first session with high ambitions for Copenhagen and South Africa.

Family Table Quiz

Sunday the 16 th of March is planned to be a fun family event.

For only €10 per table Faolchu Karate are hosting a table quiz for all the family at 4pm in The Thatch Bar.

An assortment of questions will require input from all ages and walks of life. All welcome 

First Aid Refresher

Many thanks to MSKC who invited myself and Sharon Ferry along to their First Aid and AED training. The instructor was very thorough, the training top class and the craic was 90!!!

First JKS Squad Training of 2014

JKS Ireland national Squad training will be held on Feb 16th.
Training will at 10:30am in Hokubu Dojo.
This is suitable for all students purple belt and above.
 All students wishing to come to training should contact their Sensei for the relevant information
