Faolchú Karate Clubs Winter Grading

An informative and friendly day of training was held in Miltown Community Centre with Sensei Pat Murtagh and Sensei Alan Smith, followed by an intense grading session where students where put through their paces in pursuit of their next grades.

IMAC Karate Ireland Championships

Karate Ireland , IMAC Tournament. Congratulations to our students who competed at the IMAC National Championships in Dublin. Coach Regan Warde coached and competed at the event, twice narrowly missing out on a medal. Séan Fleming and Conor Fleming progressed well through their rounds but also narrowly escaped the podium.
Zoe Fleming and Ciarán Fleming returned victorious Placing second and third in their kumite divisions.
