Although only a short time in existance the club has had its first success at a national level with club member Jayden Murphy achieving a joint 3rd place in the National Junior Mugendo Kickboxing Championships which were held in Sligo last weekend.
This was Jaydens first competition at this level and a great achievement and beginning to his competition career while still only six years old.
We can say with certainty that other members will follow this success and will bring a new era to Karate in Tuam.
