I've been a very busy bee this month and there is a lot happening in the club at the moment.
We where lucky to have Master Harry Thompson down last night instructing the Combat class, it was an interesting and very educational class as always with Master Thompson, he left us with a lot to work on! The plan is to have him visit us again very soon.
I have finally organised a new supplier for dogi which will speed up delivery and as the supplier is in the West, this will give me an opportunity to get working on the new club hoodie, which I'm really looking forward to designing. Judging by the fantastic turn out at all our FaolchĂș Squad Training events, I will be ordering a large amount!
There are still 6 squad training sessions remaining, so this gives everyone the opportunity to still complete 6 sessions this year and qualify for the hoodies and mascot!
In the coming week and a half there will be the Piltown competition on the 26th of February, the Moate competition on the 4th of March and our own seminar, Sensei Dermott O Keeffe will be instructing in Total Fitness Solutions on the 3rd of March.
On the 9th, 10th and 11th of March Kagawa Sensei the Head of the JKS will be coming to Dublin from Japan, this is highly recommended to attend.
And Last but not least we are in this years St Patricks Day Parade. We are all greatly anticipating the day as it is always great fun.
