Visiting MSKC

Midlands Shotokan Karate Clubs where kind enough to invite us over to train with them last Saturday when they hosted Dermot O Keeffe Sensei in their Rochfordbridge venue. There was a great mixed class in a full hall which made for an enthusiast class, albeit a tough session on my tired legs.
