Tuam Karate Classes for Children and Adults
Tuam Karate Classes for Children and Adults are back. We've had our small break, recharged the batteries and now we're all craving the next challenge and training companions.
Dust off your dogi, clean your gumshields and we're looking forward to seeing you next week

June Grading Timetable
Grading for Faolchú will take place on Saturday in Tuam, Total Fitness Solutions.
Below is the timetable but please check the notice board as their are some exceptions.
Please note grading timetable:
9:30 Class for 4-8 year olds all under 9th kyu
10:30 Grading
11:30 Class beginner- 8th kyu ages 6-13yrs
12:45 Grading
15:00 7th kyu and above
16:15 Grading
17:00 FINISH

Kickboxing MVF Grading
Well done to Ciaran, Jayden, Regan and Daragh, who underwent a serious training session and grading under Master Harry Thompson. The boys gave it their all and where rewarded with passing on the day.
