Karate Classes back in 2013

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL FRIENDS AND STUDENTS.

Classes resume from Tuesday the 8th of January. Timetable is as follows:
Tuesday         18:00 Little Wolves
                      19:00 Advanced Class
Wednesday    18:00 Childrens' Karate
                      20:00 Adults Karate
Thursday        17:00 Little Wolves (beginners)
                      18:00 Little Wolves
Friday            18:00 Childrens' Karate.

Teams for Faolchú Inhouse on Saturday

Some students selected their own teams for the In-house Competition, those who did not have had teams selected for them.
Team kumite will be run on a knock out basis, where the team with the most points progresses to the next round. Within each round the team with the most points is the winning team.
Team kumite is the only event on the day where their will be no joint 3rd. Placing will only go to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, with all others receiving a competitors medal.

Squad Training Change of Date

Please note that the squad training originally planned for the 17th of June has been re-scheduled and will now be held on the 8th of July. I'm glad to say that squad training has been a huge success so far, please keep up the great work.

On Sunday we will have our second Faolchu Squad training in Tuam Total Fitness Solutions. Train times are
Little Wolves 10:00 - 11:00
Childrens Karate 10:30 - 11:30
Adults Class 11:30 - 12:30.
Please remember to bring your card to be stamped for the hoodie and mascot.
6 Squad classes attended this year will merit a squad hoodie and 8 will get a hoodie and mascot.
