Gaelscoil Iarfhlatha Cairde

Many thanks to Gaelscoil Iarfhlata Cairde in Tuam for the invitation to teach as part of Primary Schools Active week.
I had the pleasure of meeting and training with 1st, 2nd and 3rd class.
We covered an introduction to basic punches, blocks and front kick.
Followed by a series of games used to develop listening skills, speed, reaction and confidence.
