Piltown Karate Tournament

Piltown Karate Club host an annual tournament that we have made an annual trip. Once again this year new and old competitors traveled and competed with pride and integrity, returning victorious in their events. Well done to Jayden, Aodhan, Ciaran, Kelly, Caoimhe, Alyssa, Alana, Cillian, Sean and Conor.

Well done to all Faolchú Tuam Karate students who travelled and competed in the Piltown Karate Championships in Co. Kilkenny on Sunday. Nine Tuam students travelled with their families to the popular event at the invitation of SKIF Piltown. As usual our students did us very proud, bringing their skill and perfect character. There was a great turn out on the day, from all across the country and a great spirit and buzz throughout the event.
Faolchú returned home with 3x 1st place; 1x 2nd place and 3x 7th place. An exceptional result, we are so proud of them all. Most importantly they behaved honorably and represented Tuam and Galway as true karateka.
