Training and grading beginning at 10am in Total Fitness Solutions, Ballygaddy Road, Tuam on Saturday the 24th of November.

Please arrive punctual with a clean ironed dogi (karate suit), no jewellery or nail varnish and well trimmed toe nails.

09:30 Class for 4 to 8 year olds under orange belt
10:30 Grading.

11:30 Class for children orange and red belt or older than 8 years
12:45 Grading

15:00 Class for yellow belt and above and all adults
16:45 Grading

As all students have been notified at class this week, our grading is confirmed for the 23rd of Tuam. Notes will be handed out shortly with the details of the day.
